just add some neon paint to water and mix good (need a black light for this)

Cut a not toxic highlight in half (or take the back off) take out the felt and either let it sit in water for couple hours or squeeze the ink out in the water(that's what i did) go in a dark room and turn on a black light(black light is needed for this!) i also gave my daughter other bowls and cups and things to play with this
neon ice cube paint
i froze in a ice cube tray neon paint and some water then i put my daughters glow stars(we got at the dollar store) once it was all frozen I took them out and my daughter painted the bathtub and walls. The stars made it very much easier to get the cubs out and sense this is neon paint you need a black light for this one.
Glow writting
under a black light let Ur kid/kids draw with a highlighter. Simple and fun!

What You Need:
8 oz glue
Borax
water
glow in the dark paint
bowl
teaspoon
measuring cup
Pour 8oz of glue into a large bowl
Fill the empty bottles with water & shake to help get all the glue out
Pour the glue/water mixture into the bowl with the glue
mix
add glow in dark paint (i added about 1 table spoon)
mix
Add 1 teaspoon of Borax to 1/2 cup of warm water & mix
Pour Borax mixture into your glue mixture - a little at a time
mix and done! (the paint i used made me let it sit out in the sun for min. before play)
